Fill the tray with ice, crushed or cubed. Then add mounds of chilled foods. Seafood buffets, beverages, fruits and desserts all stay fresh and delicious in Glo-Ice® Buffet Displays.

The five sizes of clear or patterned buffet displays are designed for food presentation elegance as well as performance. A drain system removes water without disturbing your food display. The temperature-insulating plastic will maintain a beautiful food presentation for up to 10 hours.

The tough 1/4" thick acrylic trays are perfectly suited to function as ice carving displays and will accept massive ice sculptures. Each is UL-tested for holding up to 300 pounds.
